Based on the passenger guide that ANA (the airport operator) publishes and on Portugal's civil aviation authority (ANAC, page last updated 25 Nov 2024); neither names Madeira or any 2-litre lane, and ANA says rules depend on the screening equipment at each airport. Medicines, baby food and special diet items may exceed 100 ml, and duty-free liquids are allowed in a sealed bag with the receipt. Madeira Airport's own web page could not be opened for this check, so confirm on the day if carrying large containers.
Medicines, baby food and duty-free in sealed bags are exempt from the 100 ml limit. Rules vary by airport, so check your return and connecting airports too.
