Metal containers and flasks must be empty, and aerosols over 500 ml are banned. The date is when the airport announced the change, and you will probably still need 100 ml containers and a clear bag for the flight home.

Medicines, baby food and duty-free in sealed bags are exempt from the 100 ml limit. Rules vary by airport, so check your return and connecting airports too.
