The airport's security page says liquids go in a separate tray and laptops and other large electrical items are screened out of their cases. Duty-free liquids over 100 ml are allowed only in a sealed tamper-evident bag with the receipt visible, and medicines, baby food and milk may exceed 100 ml. The page does not mention CT scanners or a 2-litre allowance.
Medicines, baby food and duty-free in sealed bags are exempt from the 100 ml limit. Rules vary by airport, so check your return and connecting airports too.
